Exchange & Return Policy

All products are unrefundable unless there is/are manufacturing defect(s), simply return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.

(1) Return of Products Purchased Online

For a full refund, please send your faulty merchandise back to us using the address provided on your invoice.

Faulty products will only be eligible for refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION

We refund any faulty merchandise with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if returned to us.

Faulty Merchandise must be returned in its original individual packaging where applicable. (Missing cables or parts will be deducted from the refund amount).

If you choose to refund your purchase by mail, you will be required to arrange for your own carrier and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE

If you wish to exchange your defect item for another item, you will be required to arrange for your own carrier and ship the item back to us.

We will then ship the exchanged item out at no additional cost for shipping.

 

(2) Return/Exchange Time Frame

Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement.

We will mail your exchange item out within 3 working days once your exchange has been processed.
